This past weekend was our retreat at Hideaway Hills in Red Rock. We had a blast. Great food, lots of laughs, fun projects and friends. Some projects were quick and easy. One, for an auction, broughts a lot of laughs and finally tears...she had some problems but Sandy eased the pain with a glass of wine.....LOL The first picture is Gloria's. The 2nd is Peggy's sports quilt for her "future" grandson. Grandmother and Sandy and Gloria....always smiling.
The is our site for posting and commenting all our projects, comings and goings and just a vehicle for all of us to stay visually current and in touch with each other.

Cyd's Breakfast Pie
1 lb. breakfast sausage
1 can rotel tomatoes
2 C. grated sharp cheddar cheese
4 large eggs
1 can evaporated mile (5 oz)
2 unbaked pie shells
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown sausage, add tomatoes, let cook down a little. Mix in 1 1/2 cups cheese and divide mixture evenly between the pie shells. Mix eggs and milk and pour evenly over the sausage mixture, and top with remaining cheese. Bake for 40-45 minutes until center of each pie is set. You can make this recipe as "spicy" as you'd like, use hot sausage, hot rotel, or even pepper jack cheese in place of cheddar cheese, do a little or a lot what ever suits your taste! Hope you enjoy it as much as I do
Merry Christmas
Cyd
